Entering the US by sea as a non US resident requires adherence to very specific customs and immigration regulations. (B1/B2 VISA) It may also result in significant cost , inconvenience and of course the frustration of handling necessary bureaucracy. Many captains and crew have fallen afoul of entry requirement which in several cases has resulted in the impounding of the vessel and their deportation. If your boat is in the Caribbean or Bahamas I can help ease this burden by sailing your vessel into the US, plus facilitate acquiring your desired cruising permit (maximum 1 year). All you have to do is fly in and meet me in the US, any location. I am a United States Citizen and USCG Licensed Captain, With a Current United States Passport and a Concealed Weapons Permit in the State of Florida.
